1.  to be made available to the other User/members/members and visitors to the Website/Mobile Application;
2. For other User/members: Facility to

(i) search for matrimonial alliance by name, Nationality,Religion/caste/Subcaste, language, Mother tongue, Marital details/Children details, Photographs, Educational/Professional/Dietry details

(ii) to chat or  make contact with other registered user/members/members on the website.

1.3) The Services may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of Laganutsav, and the Agreement will apply to your visit to and your use of the Website/Mobile Application to avail the Service, as well as to all information provided by you on the Website/Mobile Application at any given point in time.

1.4) This Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which you are allowed to use the Website/Mobile Application and describes the manner in which we shall treat your account while you are registered as a member with us. 2.6) We are also not accountable for any human error(s) that gone unnoticed by the user/member/members and our staffs.

2.7) The payment mode in order to book our services can be made in a safe way through our site which involves secure payment gateways.

1. 1. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior/interactions by the User/members registered on www.laganursav.com website/application or their staff.
   2. Any wrong advice or recommendation being given by the one user/member registered on www.laganursav.com website/application to  the other  user/members. Any type of inconvenience suffered by the one User/member due to a failure on the part of the other user/member to provide agreed Services.
   3. Cancellation or no show by the one user/member  or rescheduling of booked appointment or any variation in appointment.

iii) Not adjustable or mixed with any  other membership plan  mentioned on www.laganutsav.com website/application, if the validity or the limit of any  type of messages or chat persists in that plan and the user/member wants to  upgrade /degrade that membership plan. It  means the Remaining  validity days or  the number of messages will  not  be carried forwarded to  the new bought membership plan.

User/members are requested to  read the latest  refund policy regarding the refund/cancellation of their respective membership plans.

9. Promotion Codes

14.10) You agree and acknowledge that Laganutsav may need to access the profile Record for cases such as any technical or operational issue of the End User/member in access or ownership of the Records.

14.11) Laganutsav reserves the right of ownership of all the User/member profile and photographs and to moderate the changes or updates requested by User/member. However, Laganutsav takes the independent decision whether to publish or reject the requests submitted for the respective changes or updates.

14.12) Laganutsav reserves the rights to display sponsored ads on the Website/Mobile Application. Laganutsav will not be liable for the accuracy of information or the claims made in the Sponsored ads. Laganutsav does not encourage the User/members to visit the Sponsored ads page or to avail any services from them. Laganutsav will not be liable for the services of the providers of the Sponsored ads. Any contravention of applicable law as a result of your use of these Services is your sole responsibility, and Laganutsav accepts no liability for the same.

 

15. Communication

Once the membership is purchased, you would receive a detailed invoice and document regarding the purchase via e-mail. A SMS communication would also be sent as a mode of confirmation. These documents are confirmation assets and can be used to claim if there are any discrepancies.

16. Governing Law
This user/member agreement and every Terms and Conditions will be governed and formulated in relation to the laws of India without any conflict in the laws, principles and must not cause any disputes arising in relation herewith will be subjected to the jurisdiction under the courts of Faridabad.

17. Complaints

17.1) Feel free to report any malfunction of the site in terms of our policies and conditions to us so that we can serve you on establishing good users/members service.
